Ingredients Of Aloo Gobi Masala
Cauliflower – 1/2 kg
Potato(medium) – 2 nos
Onion -1 no (finely chopped)
Green chillies – 2 nos (sliced)
Tomato – 1 no (finely chopped)
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – As reqd
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
How to Make Aloo Gobi Masala
1)Cut cauliflower and potato into medium sized cubes and wash it thoroughly.
2)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
3)Add green chillies, ginger paste and garlic paste and stir for few seconds.
4)Add chopped onions and fry over medium heat until light golden brown.
5)Add chopped tomato and cook for 5 mins.
6)Add red chilly powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
7)Add cauliflower, potato and green peas and stir. Saute for 5 mins.
8)Add one cup of water.Cover and cook over medium heat until tender. Stir occasionally.
9)Garnish with coriander leaves.
