Ingredients Of Aloo Mutter
Potato(medium) – 2 nos
Green peas -1 cup
Onion -1 no (chopped)
Tomato – 2 nos (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste -1 tsp
Red chilly powder -1 tsp
Cumin(Jeerakam) powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As reqd
Oil – As reqd
How to Make Aloo Mutter
1)Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and cut into cubes.
2)Cook peas in the cooker and keep aside.
3)Heat oil in a pan.
4)Add the chopped onions and fry well.
5)Add ginger-garlic paste and saute. 6)Add tomatoes and stir-fry.
7)Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
8)Sautee well all the ingredients.
9)Add the cooked peas and boiled potatoes.
10)Add 1/2 cup of water and required salt.
11)Allow all ingredients to mix well and cook for some time.
