Ingredients of Egg Masala
Poultry eggs – 2 nos
Onion -1 Cup (finely chopped)
Green chillies – 1/4 Cup(chopped)
Ginger-garlic Paste -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup(chopped)
Refined oil – 150 ml
Salt – As reqd
How to Make Egg Masala
1)Add oil to a shallow bottomed pan and heat. Add the onion pieces and fry till they turn into brown.
2)Add the tomato pieces, green chilly pieces, ginger garlic paste and salt. Fry until oil separates and the tomato pieces become smooth. Add the garam masala powder and mix well.
3)Now break the eggs one after another and spread the albumen and yolk(intact like bulls’eye) of both eggs side by side over the above preparation. Allow to simmer on low flame.
4)After the contents solidify, turn the egg portion upside down. Allow to simmer for about a couple of minutes.
5)Serve hot with vegetable salad.
